Nice. I like the detail on the decorative portions of her uniform, and the way her hair spills from her head. However, the piece feels disjointed, like the character and the background don't quite belong together. This could be due to the lighting of the character, and to a lesser extent, the lighting of the background. I feel like the scene should be darker, flirting with silhouette. The character's light level should better match the light level of the background, especially down by her legs. Take a look at pictures photographed at sundown to see how light and shadow behaves. Still, it's very nice. Great work.

Damn that was fast! nice job.
Only thing that grabs my attention in a bad way is the explosions in the back... I"m no one to talk but that part just doesn't go with what I'm used to seeing in your style. Or maybe it's in general I can never tell which lately lol. But it's a great job. Altho he uses Flash to do most of his coloring, I know he uses PS at times for details... is always a good one to look at for the fire effects... but you already know that lol.
