I've found this old work on my 1rst year cd. Nothing very important, but I love the colors. We can say this was the FIRST REAL exercise in rough we did XD
Let me explain. The first year, we had a rough professor. But he was like the 21th student you know, and he has never tought us how to use a tria marker... he spent his time to the coffee machine or photocopier ... But we had an illustration professor who was very very talented. And someday we asked him to explain marker technics to us... and finally we did this little exercise We've learnt in 2 hours more than we've learnt in one year! (sorry for the mistakes !)
Thats awesome! I really want to learn to color like that. I think using traditional media is a very good skill to learn. Could you tell us how to do that?
That's easy. In fact you have to star with the lighter color. then, you add stronger colors over. (I don't know if I can say that in engish, but I imagine you've understood XD) more you're in the foreground, more the color will be strong. At the end, you can add with a white marker or pencil a little touch of white.
lovely warm colours.
it may be old....but it's full of life!!!
