I don't remember exactly but it's a privilege. I've asked for the permission when I wanted to post my end term movie some years ago :) As they don't want DA to become a streaming platform, its not everybody who's authorized to post videos I think :S

Screen Recording Suite, mais c'est paytant :( Le reste du temps j'utilise le ProCaster de LiveStream. :)
